RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Air Studio – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the conditions below.
1. General Conditions
You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery (online purchases) or purchase date (in-store), if:

You have proof of purchase (till slip or order confirmation).

The product is unworn, unused, and in sellable condition.

The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
2. Sale & Discounted Items

Items bought on sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds.
-
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

Courier costs for exchanges on sale items are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Exchanges
-
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
-
If the replacement product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

If the replacement product is less expensive, you will receive store credit for the difference.

Courier costs:
-
If the exchange is due to a defective product or incorrect item sent by Air Studio, we cover the courier costs.
-
If the exchange is due to wrong size, fit, or personal preference, courier costs are your responsibility.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available if the above return conditions are met.

Courier fees for refunds are at the customer’s cost.

The original shipping fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
-
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued via EFT only.
-
Refunds are processed on the next Monday after the item is received and quality-checked in-store.
5. How to Return an Item

Please email sales@airstudio.co.za with your order number, details of the item, and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct store details for where to send or deliver the product.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the return may be rejected.

Courier costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our side.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email sales@airstudio.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will:

Arrange collection and redelivery of the correct item at our cost, or
-
Offer you a full refund, based on your preference.
7. Warranty
-
We offer a 6-month warranty on On-brand products only.
-
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or misuse.

Warranty claims must be made within 7 days of the defect being noticed.
-
We may require inspection by the supplier before approval.
8. In-Store Purchases
You may return or exchange any in-store purchase within 14 days, if:

The product is in original, sellable condition and packaging.
-
You have the original till slip.
-
Refunds are done via EFT only.
9. Non-Returnable Products
-
Socks and underwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
-
No returns or exchanges for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or lack of care.

The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) does not require us to refund non-defective goods, but we offer this as a service with the above conditions.
10. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
Under the CPA:

Customers may request a repair, exchange, or refund for defective products.
-
This does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

We may keep the product for inspection and supplier feedback before making a decision.

Please ensure the product is returned in a clean and hygienic condition.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
